I finally have time to post my pictures from the beach. So, enjoy. :)

On the way there

Waiting in line for the ferry from Oakracoke to Hatteras Island. The island was flooded because of hurricane Irene.

We didn't spend much time in the water, 'cause the waves were rough.

We made some cool sculptures in the sand - Anna's feet had one big shoe, and Christianne became a mermaid.

I didn't take any pictures Thursday, but Friday morning I woke up to see the sunrise. So beautiful!

I found lots of cool shells on the beach this year

I also found a whole sand dollar.

Saturday we went back to Oakracoke Island. It was still flooded.
