Today is national coffee day. Seems a bit funny that there's pretty much a national day for every thing in the world. But sometimes it's fun to "celebrate" the day, like today.
I used the chocolate coffee beans that I made yesterday, to put on top of coffee chocolate cupcakes. And I put chocolate pudding in the middle too. They are so yummy! :) Baking is definitely a good way to celebrate coffee day.
